[q]Can I split hours across more than one silo?[/q]
[a]Most engagements are dedicated to one silo because that’s how you get specialist depth. If your needs span silos (e.g. EVA + light marketing) we’ll typically place an Executive VA with marketing fluency, or split into two part-time placements. The strategy call is the right place to scope this.[/a]

[q]Are the hours fixed or flexible?[/q]
[a]Hours are dedicated and non-transferable to keep your VA’s time protected from other clients. Within your hours you get full flexibility — your VA works your hours, your timezone and your priorities. Need more capacity? Upgrade tier on 30 days’ notice.[/a]

[q]Can I scale up and down month to month?[/q]
[a]Yes. All packages are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice for changes. You can move from 40 to 80 hours with the same VA (subject to availability), or pause and restart inside 90 days without re-onboarding.[/a]

[q]Do you offer enterprise or multi-VA packages?[/q]
